DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR EVENT CATERING, PARTY PLATTERS & WEDDINGS FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR BELOW IS A LIST OF EFFECTIVE EVENT POLICIES & MANDATORY DEPOSITS FOR DATE RESERVATIONS & ACCOMMODATIONS.
WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A NEW PARTY PLATTER ORDER 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE UPFRONT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE FINAL INVOICE TOTAL. WITH THE PLACEMENT OF ANY EVENT A $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE UPFRONT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE GUARANTEES OUR CATERING SERVICES, DATE RESERVATION & THE UPFRONT CONSULTATION, AND TIME INVESTED INTO MAKING YOUR EVENT AN EXCEPTIONAL REALITY. WITH THE PLACEMENT OF ANY WEDDING A $1,500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE UPFRONT WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE GUARANTEES YOUR WEDDING DATE, OUR CATERING SERVICES & THE UPFRONT CONSULTATION, AND TASTING. AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE UPFRONT DEPOSIT WILL BE PERMITTED TO RESERVE EVENT RENTALS FOR YOUR WEDDING DATE. ALL FINAL REVISIONS & AMENDMENTS TO ANY ORDERS PLACED ARE DUE NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE FOR PARTY PLATTER ORDERS & EVENTS. ALL FINAL REVISIONS & AMENDMENTS TO ANY WEDDING ARE DUE NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. ANY REVISIONS OR AMENDMENTS AFTER THIS RESPECTIVE DUE DATE GRACE PERIOD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% EXPEDITED WORK LATE FEE.
